These terms describe general website use, inquiry handling, and quotation discussions for Rice Lake measurement products and services. They do not replace a signed purchase agreement, calibration contract, distributor agreement, or region-specific legal-metrology requirement.

Use of information

Website content is provided to help buyers compare weighing systems, load cells, sensors, calibration support, and related services. Product descriptions, accuracy references, and approval notes must be confirmed during quotation because final suitability depends on capacity, environment, installation method, and region.

Quotes and service requests

Submitting a form does not create an order. Rice Lake may request additional information before recommending a product or service interval. Any quoted lead time, price, or specification becomes binding only when confirmed in the applicable commercial document.

Records and compliance

Customers remain responsible for retaining certificates, operating records, and approval documentation required by their quality system or local authority. Rice Lake can support record planning, but each site must determine how records are stored and reviewed.
